I have a practice that supports me through challenging times.
A practice that is nourishing, feels great, and puts me in the present. Gifting me perspective each time.
I want to share this practice with you.
Pelvic steaming- an age old tradition that we can fall back into, practiced by our great grandmothers, and ancestors. Kept alive by Granny midwives, folk healers, and culture bearers.
Today as ‘modern’ women, often times we don’t live in a village, or mother in community. It is isolating and hard work. We mother mostly in the scope of our home and that has its challenges.
To practice and share and connect in virtual space gathered
with other mothers who want to integrate self care and restorative practices in their lives, to journey together and to grow as mothers will have transformative benefits for years and cycles to come.
By learning how to steam with us, to make boundaries, to create rituals that are grounding and connecting you are gaining to tools and skills which you will have access to your whole life,
You will model to your children the importance of self care prioritization and be part of a community who are paving the way to mother in a new way.

This is a supportive space where I offer my guidance with vaginal steaming and a space where we as mothers can gather and share in a non judgemental space to help each other grow and connect to our Mother self.
